독점규제 및 공정거래에 관한 법률 제68조(의결서 작성 및 경정)

① 공정거래위원회가 이 법 위반 여부에 관한 사항을 심의ㆍ의결하는 경우에는 의결 내용 및 그 이유를 명시한 의결서로 하여야 하고, 의결에 참여한 위원이 그 의결서에 서명날인하여야 한다.

② 공정거래위원회는 의결서 등에 오기(誤記), 계산착오 또는 그 밖에 이와 유사한 오류가 있는 것이 명백한 경우에는 신청이나 직권으로 경정할 수 있다.
