민법 제1080조(과실수취비용의 상환청구권)

유증의무자가 유언자의 사망후에 그 목적물의 과실을 수취하기 위하여 필요비를 지출한 때에는 그 과실의 가액의 한도에서 과실을 취득한 수증자에게 상환을 청구할 수 있다.
