민법 제42조(사단법인의 정관의 변경)

①사단법인의 정관은 총사원 3분의 2 이상의 동의가 있는 때에 한하여 이를 변경할 수 있다. 그러나 정수에 관하여 정관에 다른 규정이 있는 때에는 그 규정에 의한다.

②정관의 변경은 주무관청의 허가를 얻지 아니하면 그 효력이 없다.
