민법 제491조(공탁물수령과 상대의무이행)
Civil Act, Article 491 (Receipt of Deposited Property and Performance of the Counter-Obligation)
채무자가 채권자의 상대의무이행과 동시에 변제할 경우에는 채권자는 그 의무이행을 하지 아니하면 공탁물을 수령하지 못한다.
Where the obligor is to perform at the same time as the obligee performs a counter-obligation, the obligee may not receive the deposited property without performing that obligation.
