민법 제51조(사무소 이전의 등기)

① 법인이 주사무소를 이전한 경우에는 종전 소재지 또는 새 소재지에서 3주일 내에 새 소재지와 이전 연월일을 등기하여야 한다.

② 법인이 분사무소를 이전한 경우에는 주사무소 소재지에서 3주일 내에 새 소재지와 이전 연월일을 등기하여야 한다.
