민법 제739조(관리자의 비용상환청구권)

①관리자가 본인을 위하여 필요비 또는 유익비를 지출한 때에는 본인에 대하여 그 상환을 청구할 수 있다.

②관리자가 본인을 위하여 필요 또는 유익한 채무를 부담한 때에는 제688조제2항의 규정을 준용한다.

③관리자가 본인의 의사에 반하여 관리한 때에는 본인의 현존이익의 한도에서 전2항의 규정을 준용한다.
