민법 제976조(부양의 순위)

①부양의 의무있는 자가 수인인 경우에 부양을 할 자의 순위에 관하여 당사자간에 협정이 없는 때에는 법원은 당사자의 청구에 의하여 이를 정한다. 부양을 받을 권리자가 수인인 경우에 부양의무자의 자력이 그 전원을 부양할 수 없는 때에도 같다.

②전항의 경우에 법원은 수인의 부양의무자 또는 권리자를 선정할 수 있다.
