민사소송법 제207조(선고기일)

①판결은 변론이 종결된 날부터 2주 이내에 선고하여야 하며, 복잡한 사건이나 그 밖의 특별한 사정이 있는 때에도 변론이 종결된 날부터 4주를 넘겨서는 아니 된다.
