민사소송법 제310조(증언에 갈음하는 서면의 제출)

①법원은 증인과 증명할 사항의 내용 등을 고려하여 상당하다고 인정하는 때에는 출석ㆍ증언에 갈음하여 증언할 사항을 적은 서면을 제출하게 할 수 있다.
