민사소송법 제335조의2(감정인의 의무)

① 감정인은 감정사항이 자신의 전문분야에 속하지 아니하는 경우 또는 그에 속하더라도 다른 감정인과 함께 감정을 하여야 하는 경우에는 곧바로 법원에 감정인의 지정 취소 또는 추가 지정을 요구하여야 한다.
