민사집행법 제13조(외국송달의 특례)

①집행절차에서 외국으로 송달이나 통지를 하는 경우에는 송달이나 통지와 함께 대한민국안에 송달이나 통지를 받을 장소와 영수인을 정하여 상당한 기간 이내에 신고하도록 명할 수 있다.

②제1항의 기간 이내에 신고가 없는 경우에는 그 이후의 송달이나 통지를 하지 아니할 수 있다.
