Civil Execution Act, Article 132 (Decision of Appellate Court and Decision on Whether to Permit Sale)
항고법원이 집행법원의 결정을 취소하는 경우에 그 매각허가여부의 결정은 집행법원이 한다.
Where the appellate court revokes a ruling of the execution court, the decision on whether to permit the sale shall be made by the execution court.
