민사집행법 제208조(집행관이 매각대금을 영수한 효과)

집행관이 매각대금을 영수한 때에는 채무자가 지급한 것으로 본다. 다만, 담보를 제공하거나 공탁을 하여 집행에서 벗어날 수 있도록 채무자에게 허가한 때에는 그러하지 아니하다.
