민사집행법 제284조(가압류이의신청사건의 이송)

법원은 가압류이의신청사건에 관하여 현저한 손해 또는 지연을 피하기 위한 필요가 있는 때에는 직권으로 또는 당사자의 신청에 따라 결정으로 그 가압류사건의 관할권이 있는 다른 법원에 사건을 이송할 수 있다. 다만, 그 법원이 심급을 달리하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
