민사집행법 제292조(집행개시의 요건)

①가압류에 대한 재판이 있은 뒤에 채권자나 채무자의 승계가 이루어진 경우에 가압류의 재판을 집행하려면 집행문을 덧붙여야 한다.

②가압류에 대한 재판의 집행은 채권자에게 재판을 고지한 날부터 2주를 넘긴 때에는 하지 못한다. <개정 2005.1.27>
