방송법 시행령 제8조의2(방송채널사용사업의 신고)

① 법 제9조제5항제2호에 따라 방송채널사용사업의 신고를 하려는 자는 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 신고서에 편성계획서 및 사업계획서를 첨부하여 방송미디어통신위원회에 제출해야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 방송미디어통신위원회는 제1항에 따른 신고서를 접수하였을 때에는 신청내용이 법령에 위반되는지 여부와 사실관계의 확인을 거쳐 30일 이내에 신청인에게 신고증을 발급해야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

③ 제1항 및 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 방송채널사용사업의 신고에 필요한 구체적인 절차 및 방법은 방송미디어통신위원회규칙으로 정한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
