방송법 제21조(방송사업자의 보도책임자 임명 등)

① 제20조제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 방송사업자는 독립성이 보장된 상황에서 공정하고 공개적인 절차를 거쳐 보도책임자를 임명하여야 한다.

③ 제2항에 따라 임명 동의를 받아야 하는 보도책임자의 범위와 동의 절차 등 세부사항은 제4조의2제2항에 따른 편성위원회의 의결을 거쳐 방송편성규약으로 정한다.
