방송법 제35조(시청자권익보호위원회)

① 방송미디어통신위원회는 방송 및 「인터넷 멀티미디어 방송사업법」 제2조제1호에 따른 인터넷 멀티미디어 방송(이하 "인터넷 멀티미디어 방송"이라 한다)에 관한 시청자의 의견을 수렴하고 시청자의 정당한 권익 침해 등 시청자불만 및 청원사항에 관한 심의를 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 시청자권익보호위원회를 둔다. <개정 2011.7.14, 2015.12.22, 2025.10.1>

(1) The^ð더 Broadcasting,브^r로드캐스팅 Media미디아 and앤드 Communications커뮤너케이션즈 Commission커미션 shall섈 establish이스태블리시 a어 Viewers'^v뷰어즈 Rights^r라잇츠 Protection프^r러텍션 Committee커미티 to투 gather개^ð더 viewers'^v뷰어즈 opinions어피니언즈 on안 broadcasting브^r로드캐스팅 and앤드 on안 Internet인터넷 multimedia멀티미디아 broadcasting브^r로드캐스팅 under언더 subparagraph서브패^r러그^r래^f프 1 of어^v브 Article아터클 2 of어^v브 the^ð디 Internet인터넷 Multimedia멀티미디아 Broadcast브^r로드캐스트 Services서^v버시즈 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "Internet인터넷 multimedia멀티미디아 broadcasting")브^r로드캐스팅 and앤드 to투 efficiently이^f피션틀리 deliberate딜리버^r럿 on안 viewer^v뷰어 complaints컴플레인츠 and앤드 petitions,퍼티션즈 such서치 as애즈 infringements인^f프^r린지먼츠 of어^v브 viewers'^v뷰어즈 legitimate러지터멋 rights^r라잇츠 and앤드 interests.인트^r러스츠

③시청자권익보호위원회의 구성과 운영, 시청자불만처리의 절차와 분쟁의 조정 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 방송미디어통신위원회규칙으로 정한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2011.7.14, 2015.12.22, 2025.10.1>
