방송법 제53조(이사ㆍ집행기관과 직원의 직무상 의무)

①공사의 이사ㆍ집행기관은 공사와 거래를 할 수 없으며, 이사는 본인 또는 「민법」 제777조에 규정된 친족관계에 있는 자의 이해와 관련된 사항에 대하여는 이사회의 심의ㆍ의결에 관여할 수 없다. <신설 2007.1.26>
