법원조직법 제52조(겸임 등)

① 대법원장은 법관을 사건의 심판 외의 직(재판연구관을 포함한다)에 보하거나 그 직을 겸임하게 할 수 있다.

② 제1항의 법관은 사건의 심판에 참여하지 못하며, 제5조제3항에 따른 판사의 수에 산입(算入)하지 아니한다.

③ 제1항의 법관의 수는 대법원규칙으로 정하며, 보수는 그 중 고액(高額)의 것을 지급한다.
