법원조직법 제74조(사법연수원장 등)

① 사법연수원장은 판사 중에서, 부원장은 검사 중에서 대법원장이 보한다.

② 사법연수원 교수는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람 중에서 대법원장이 보하거나 사법연수원장의 제청을 받아 대법원장이 임명한다.

(2) Professors프^r러^f페서즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Judicial주디실 Research^r리서치 and앤드 Training트^r레이닝 Institute인스터툿 shall섈 be비 assigned어사인드 by바이 the^ð더 Chief치^f프 Justice,저스티스 or오 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 Chief치^f프 Justice저스티스 on안 the^ð더 recommendation^r레커먼데이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 President프^r레저덴트 of어^v브 the^ð디 Institute,인스터툿 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 persons퍼슨즈 who후 fall^f폴 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 subparagraphs:서브패^r러그^r래^f프스

③ 강사는 상당한 학식과 경험이 있는 사람 중에서 사법연수원장이 위촉한다.

(3) Lecturers렉처^r러즈 shall섈 be비 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 President프^r레저덴트 of어^v브 the^ð더 Judicial주디실 Research^r리서치 and앤드 Training트^r레이닝 Institute인스터툿 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 persons퍼슨즈 with위^ð드 considerable컨시더^r러블 learning러닝 and앤드 experience.익스피^r리언스

④ 사법연수원에서 전임으로 근무하는 판사 및 검사는 제5조제3항에 따른 판사의 수 또는 「검사정원법」에 따른 검사의 수에 산입하지 아니한다.
