법원조직법 제74조의5(사법연수원운영위원회)

① 사법연수원에 교육의 기본방향, 교과과정, 그 밖에 대법원규칙으로 정하는 사법연수원의 운영과 교육에 관한 중요 사항을 심의하기 위하여 운영위원회를 둔다.

② 운영위원회는 대법원장이 위촉하는 10명 이상 15명 이하의 위원으로 구성하되, 그 임기는 2년으로 하며 연임할 수 있다.

③ 운영위원회의 조직과 운영에 필요한 사항은 대법원규칙으로 정한다.
