변호사법 제104조(업무정지 기간과 갱신)

① 업무정지 기간은 6개월로 한다. 다만, 법무부장관은 해당 변호사에 대한 공판 절차 또는 징계 절차가 끝나지 아니하고 업무정지 사유가 없어지지 아니한 경우에는 법무부징계위원회의 의결에 따라 업무정지 기간을 갱신할 수 있다.

② 제1항 단서에 따라 갱신할 수 있는 기간은 3개월로 한다.
