변호사법 제107조(업무정지 기간의 통산)

업무정지명령을 받은 변호사가 공소제기된 해당 형사사건과 같은 행위로 징계개시가 청구되어 정직 결정을 받으면 업무정지 기간은 그 전부 또는 일부를 정직 기간에 산입한다.
