변호사법 제72조(국선변호 협력의무 등)

① 지방변호사회는 법원에 국선변호인 예정자 명단을 제출하고 국선변호인의 변호 활동을 지원하는 등 국선변호인제도의 효율적인 운영에 적극 협력하여야 한다.

② 지방변호사회는 재정결정(裁定決定)에 따라 법원의 심판에 부쳐진 사건에 대한 공소유지 변호사의 추천, 「민사조정법」에 따른 조정위원의 추천 등 사법제도의 건전한 운영에 성실히 협력하여야 한다.
