변호사법 제74조(분쟁의 조정)

지방변호사회는 그 회원인 변호사 상호간 또는 그 회원인 변호사와 위임인 사이에 직무상 분쟁이 있으면 당사자의 청구에 의하여 이를 조정할 수 있다.
