변호사법 제89조의7(수임사건 처리 결과 등의 통지)

① 윤리협의회는 제89조의4제3항과 제89조의5제2항에 따라 자료를 제출받으면 지체 없이 그 사건 목록을 관할 법원ㆍ공소청 등 사건을 관할하는 기관의 장에게 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2026.8.4>

② 제1항에 규정된 각 기관의 장은 제1항의 통지를 받은 날부터 1개월 이내에 통지받은 사건에 대한 처리 현황이나 처리 결과를 윤리협의회에 통지하여야 한다. 다만, 사건이 종결되지 아니한 경우에는 사건이 종결된 때부터 1개월 이내에 통지하여야 한다.
