변호사법 제89조의9(국회에 대한 보고)

Attorney-at-Law Act, Article 89-9 (Reports to the National Assembly)

① 윤리협의회는 매년 제89조제1항의 업무수행과 관련한 운영상황을 국회에 보고하여야 한다.

② 윤리협의회는 제89조의8에도 불구하고 「인사청문회법」에 따른 인사청문회 또는 「국정감사 및 조사에 관한 법률」에 따른 국정조사를 위하여 국회의 요구가 있을 경우에는 제89조의4제3항 및 제89조의5제2항에 따라 제출받은 자료 중 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 자료를 국회에 제출하여야 한다.
