보험업법 제171조(자금의 차입)

① 손해보험협회는 제169조에 따른 보험금의 지급을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 정부, 「예금자보호법」 제3조에 따른 예금보험공사, 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 금융기관으로부터 금융위원회의 승인을 받아 자금을 차입할 수 있다.

② 손해보험회사는 제168조제1항에 따라 그 손해보험회사가 출연하여야 하는 금액의 범위에서 제1항에 따른 손해보험협회의 차입에 대하여 보증할 수 있다.
