보험업법 제174조(정산)

손해보험협회는 제168조에 따라 손해보험회사로부터 출연받은 금액으로 제169조에 따른 보험금을 지급하고 남거나 부족한 금액이 있는 경우 또는 제173조에 따른 구상권의 행사로 수입(收入)한 금액이 있는 경우에는 정산하여야 한다.
