보험업법 제180조(「민법」의 준용)

보험협회, 보험요율 산출기관 및 제178조에 따른 보험 관계 단체에 관하여는 이 법 또는 이 법에 따른 명령에 특별한 규정이 없으면 「민법」 중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
