보험업법 제87조의2(법인보험대리점 임원의 자격)

Insurance Business Act, Article 87-2 (Qualifications of Officers of Corporate Insurance Agencies)

① 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 법인인 보험대리점(이하 "법인보험대리점"이라 한다)의 임원(이사ㆍ감사 또는 사실상 이와 동등한 지위에 있는 자로서 대통령령으로 정하는 자를 말한다)이 되지 못한다. <개정 2015.7.31, 2020.3.24>

1. 「금융회사의 지배구조에 관한 법률」 제5조제1항제1호ㆍ제2호 및 제4호에 해당하는 자

4. 이 법 또는 「금융소비자 보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 벌금 이상의 형을 선고받고 그 집행이 끝나거나(집행이 끝난 것으로 보는 경우를 포함한다) 집행이 면제된 날부터 3년이 지나지 아니한 자

② 제1항에 따른 임원의 자격요건에 관하여 구체적인 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
