보호관찰 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제12조(환경조사)

①수용기관의 장은 법 제26조제1항의 규정에 의하여 환경조사를 의뢰한 후 소년수형자 및 「소년법」 제32조제1항제8호부터 제10호까지의 어느 하나에 해당하는 보호처분을 받은 자(이하 "수용자"라 한다)의 신상에 변동이 있는 때에는 지체없이 거주예정지를 관할하는 보호관찰소의 장에게 그 사실을 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2006.3.23, 2009.3.18>

②법 제26조의 규정에 의한 환경조사는 다음 각호의 사항에 대하여 실시하여야 한다.
