Enforcement Decree of the Act on Probation, etc., Article 46-2 (Requests for Notification of the Period of Confinement, etc. of Recipients of Rehabilitation Assistance)

① 갱생보호사업의 허가를 받은 자 또는 공단은 갱생보호 대상자의 적절한 보호를 위하여 필요한 경우 갱생보호 대상자의 동의를 받아 수용기관의 장에게 다음 각 호의 사항을 통보하여 줄 것을 요청할 수 있다.
