보호관찰 등에 관한 법률 제45조(유치기간의 형기 산입)

제42조에 따라 유치된 사람에 대하여 보호관찰을 조건으로 한 형의 선고유예가 실효되거나 집행유예가 취소된 경우 또는 가석방이 취소된 경우에는 그 유치기간을 형기에 산입한다.
