보호관찰 등에 관한 법률 제54조(직무상 비밀과 증언 거부)

심사위원회 및 보호관찰소의 직원이거나 직원이었던 사람이 다른 법률에 따라 증인으로 신문(訊問)을 받는 경우에는 그 직무상 알게 된 다른 사람의 비밀에 대하여 증언을 거부할 수 있다. 다만, 본인의 승낙이 있거나 중대한 공익상 필요가 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
