보호관찰 등에 관한 법률 제60조(판결의 통지 등)

① 법원은 「형법」 제62조의2에 따른 사회봉사 또는 수강을 명하는 판결이 확정된 때부터 3일 이내에 판결문 등본 및 준수사항을 적은 서면을 피고인의 주거지를 관할하는 보호관찰소의 장에게 보내야 한다.

② 제1항의 경우에 법원은 그 의견이나 그 밖에 사회봉사명령 또는 수강명령의 집행에 참고가 될 만한 자료를 첨부할 수 있다.
