보호관찰 등에 관한 법률 제7조(구성)

① 심사위원회는 위원장을 포함하여 5명 이상 9명 이하의 위원으로 구성한다.

③ 심사위원회의 위원은 판사, 검사, 변호사, 보호관찰소장, 지방교정청장, 교도소장, 소년원장 및 보호관찰에 관한 지식과 경험이 풍부한 사람 중에서 법무부장관이 임명하거나 위촉한다.

(3) The^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 a어 Review^r리^v뷰 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 or오 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Justice저스티스 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 judges,저지즈 prosecutors,프^r라시큐터즈 attorneys-at-law,어터니즈-앳-로 heads헤즈 of어^v브 probation프^r로베이션 offices,오^f퍼시즈 heads헤즈 of어^v브 regional^r리저늘 correctional커^r렉셔늘 headquarters,헤드쿼터즈 heads헤즈 of어^v브 prisons,프^r리즌즈 heads헤즈 of어^v브 juvenile주^v버늘 reformatories,^r리^f포머토^r리즈 and앤드 persons퍼슨즈 with위^ð드 ample앰플 knowledge날러지 and앤드 experience익스피^r리언스 in인 probation.프^r로베이션

④ 심사위원회의 위원 중 3명 이내의 상임위원을 둔다.
