복권 및 복권기금법 제25조(복권수익금의 결산명세서 제출)

제23조제1항 및 제3항에 따라 복권수익금 및 복권기금을 배분받은 기금 등의 관리주체 및 기관의 장 등(이하 "기관의 장등"이라 한다)은 복권수익금의 집행명세 등 결산명세서를 다음 연도 1월 31일까지 복권위원회에 제출하여야 한다.
