부동산 거래신고 등에 관한 법률 제17조(토지 이용에 관한 의무 등)

① 제11조에 따라 토지거래계약을 허가받은 자는 대통령령으로 정하는 사유가 있는 경우 외에는 5년의 범위에서 대통령령으로 정하는 기간에 그 토지를 허가받은 목적대로 이용하여야 한다.

② 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장은 토지거래계약을 허가받은 자가 허가받은 목적대로 이용하고 있는지를 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 조사하여야 한다.
