부동산등기법 제85조(촉탁에 의한 신탁변경등기)

① 법원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 재판을 한 경우 지체 없이 신탁원부 기록의 변경등기를 등기소에 촉탁하여야 한다.

② 법무부장관은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우 지체 없이 신탁원부 기록의 변경등기를 등기소에 촉탁하여야 한다. <개정 2014.3.18>

③ 등기관이 제1항제1호 및 제2항제1호에 따라 법원 또는 주무관청의 촉탁에 의하여 수탁자 해임에 관한 신탁원부 기록의 변경등기를 하였을 때에는 직권으로 등기기록에 수탁자 해임의 뜻을 부기하여야 한다.
