부동산등기법 제9조(관할의 변경)

어느 부동산의 소재지가 다른 등기소의 관할로 바뀌었을 때에는 종전의 관할 등기소는 전산정보처리조직을 이용하여 그 부동산에 관한 등기기록의 처리권한을 다른 등기소로 넘겨주는 조치를 하여야 한다.
