부정청탁 및 금품등 수수의 금지에 관한 법률 시행령 제13조(이첩ㆍ송부의 처리 등)

① 소속기관장, 감독기관, 감사원 또는 수사기관은 제12조제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에 따라 부정청탁의 신고를 이첩 또는 송부받은 날부터 60일 이내에 필요한 조사등을 마쳐야 한다. 다만, 정당한 사유가 있는 경우에는 그 기간을 연장할 수 있으며, 국민권익위원회에 그 연장사유 및 연장기간을 통보해야 한다. <개정 2020.5.26>

② 제1항에 따른 소속기관장의 조사 결과에 대한 조치에 관하여는 제5조를 준용하고, 감독기관, 감사원 또는 수사기관의 조사등 결과에 대한 조치에 관하여는 제9조를 준용한다.

③ 소속기관장, 감독기관, 감사원 또는 수사기관은 부정청탁의 신고를 이첩 또는 송부받은 경우 조사등을 마친 날부터 10일 이내에 조사등의 결과를 신고자 및 국민권익위원회에 서면으로 통보하여야 한다.

④ 소속기관장, 감독기관, 감사원 또는 수사기관이 제3항에 따라 통보하는 조사등 결과에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.
