부정청탁 및 금품등 수수의 금지에 관한 법률 시행령 제19조(소속기관장의 수수 금지 금품등의 신고에 대한 조치 등)

① 법 제9조제1항에 따라 신고를 받은 소속기관장의 수수 금지 금품등의 신고에 관한 확인 및 신고 내용의 보완에 관하여는 제4조를 준용한다.

② 소속기관장은 법 제9조제1항에 따라 신고를 받은 경우에는 수수 금지 금품등의 신고 내용에 관하여 필요한 조사를 하여야 한다. 이 경우 조사 결과에 대한 조치에 관하여는 제5조를 준용한다.

③ 법 제9조제1항에 따라 신고를 받은 소속기관장의 조사 결과에 대한 통보 기간 및 방법 등에 관하여는 제6조를 준용한다.

④ 소속기관장은 소속 공직자등의 수수 금지 금품등의 신고 내용과 확인 사항 및 처리내역을 기록하고 관리하여야 한다. 이 경우 기록ㆍ관리 및 보존에 관하여는 제16조를 준용한다.
