부정청탁 및 금품등 수수의 금지에 관한 법률 시행령 제20조(감독기관 등의 수수 금지 금품등의 신고에 대한 조치 등)

① 공직자등이 법 제9조제6항에 따라 감독기관, 감사원 또는 수사기관에 수수 금지 금품등을 신고하려는 경우 제출하여야 하는 서면의 기재 사항에 관하여는 제18조를 준용한다.

② 감독기관, 감사원 또는 수사기관이 법 제9조제6항에 따라 수수 금지 금품등을 신고 받은 경우 신고에 관한 확인 및 신고 내용의 보완에 관하여는 제4조를 준용한다.

③ 감독기관, 감사원 또는 수사기관은 법 제9조제6항에 따라 신고를 받은 경우에는 수수 금지 금품등의 신고의 내용에 관하여 필요한 조사등을 하여야 한다. 이 경우 조사등 결과에 대한 조치에 관하여는 제9조를 준용한다.

④ 법 제9조제6항에 따라 신고를 받은 감독기관, 감사원 또는 수사기관의 조사등 결과의 신고자에 대한 통보 기간 및 방법에 관하여는 제6조를 준용한다.
