Private School Act, Article 73-2 (Penalty Provisions)

학교법인의 이사장 또는 사립학교경영자(법인인 경우에는 그 대표자 또는 이사)가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 2년 이하의 징역 또는 2천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <개정 2021.8.10>

1. 제28조제1항부터 제4항까지(제51조에 따라 준용되는 경우를 포함한다)를 위반한 경우
