산업안전보건법 제79조(가맹본부의 산업재해 예방 조치)

① 「가맹사업거래의 공정화에 관한 법률」 제2조제2호에 따른 가맹본부 중 대통령령으로 정하는 가맹본부는 같은 조 제3호에 따른 가맹점사업자에게 가맹점의 설비나 기계, 원자재 또는 상품 등을 공급하는 경우에 가맹점사업자와 그 소속 근로자의 산업재해 예방을 위하여 다음 각 호의 조치를 하여야 한다.

② 제1항제1호에 따른 안전 및 보건에 관한 프로그램의 내용ㆍ시행방법, 같은 항 제2호에 따른 안전 및 보건에 관한 정보의 제공방법, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 고용노동부령으로 정한다.
