산업재해보상보험법 제77조(합병증 등 예방관리)

① 공단은 업무상의 부상 또는 질병이 치유된 사람 중에서 합병증 등 재요양 사유가 발생할 우려가 있는 사람에게 산재보험 의료기관에서 그 예방에 필요한 조치를 받도록 할 수 있다. <개정 2018.6.12, 2020.5.26>
