상법 제442조(신주권의 교부)

①주식을 병합하는 경우에 구주권을 회사에 제출할 수 없는 자가 있는 때에는 회사는 그 자의 청구에 의하여 3월 이상의 기간을 정하고 이해관계인에 대하여 그 주권에 대한 이의가 있으면 그 기간 내에 제출할 뜻을 공고하고 그 기간이 경과한 후에 신주권을 청구자에게 교부할 수 있다.
