상법 제694조의2(구조료의 보상)

보험자는 피보험자가 보험사고로 인하여 발생하는 손해를 방지하기 위하여 지급할 구조료를 보상할 책임이 있다. 그러나 보험의 목적물의 구조료분담가액이 보험가액을 초과할 때에는 그 초과액에 대한 분담액은 보상하지 아니한다.
